Paul Seeds

Paul Seeds has extensive experience in internal audit and financial management, currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Solo Brands since November 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Vice President Controller at The Vitamin Shoppe from February 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, Paul worked at Pier 1 Imports, Inc. as VP of Internal Audit and Compliance from December 2002 to February 2021. Paul's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where a position as Senior Manager was held from September 1994 to December 2002. Paul earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business between 1992 and 1994.
