Rachael Graham

Rachael Graham is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in creating comprehensive documentation for software applications and educational content. Currently serving as Principal Technical Writer at solo.io since August 2021, Rachael specializes in documentation for Gloo Edge and Gloo Mesh, focusing on Kubernetes management. Previously, at IBM from June 2017 to August 2021, Rachael produced a variety of technical documentation for IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service and Red Hat OpenShift, working within agile development teams. Rachael also gained teaching experience as an instructor at NC State University, where course development and student communication skills were emphasized. A training content development internship at Red Hat involved creating instructional materials for partner onboarding.
