Pascal Benoit has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing across various industries. Currently serving as Directeur des Achats Groupe at Solocal Group since June 2018, Pascal oversees an annual procurement spend of 200 million €, focusing on strategy definition and deployment, spend optimization, and digitalization of procurement processes. Previously, as Head of Global Sourcing & Procurement at Hotelbeds Group, Pascal led the development of the global procurement organization and real estate strategy across 25 countries. Pascal's prior roles include serving as CPO Central Cluster at PwC, where responsibilities encompassed strategic procurement organization and substantial non-salary expense reductions, and as EMEA Procurement & Real Estate Director at Business Objects, where the procurement strategy was established. Early career experiences at Vivendi Universal, Thales, and American Airlines helped shape Pascal's expertise in procurement methodologies, team management, and strategic negotiations.
