Salman Maqsood

Salman Maqsood has extensive experience in software configurations, cloud infrastructure, and release management. Salman worked at Soloinsight Inc. from 2016 to the present, where they held positions such as Manager of Software Configurations and Cloud Infrastructure and Principal Configurations Management and Cloud Engineer. In these roles, Salman was responsible for tasks such as Linux server hardening, implementing security measures, designing and managing cloud infrastructure, and setting up on-premises environments for SaaS applications.

Prior to Soloinsight Inc., Salman worked at Vopium from 2014 to 2016 as a Senior SCM Engineer. Here, they focused on SVN and GIT server administration, JIRA administration, Maven implementation for builds, and managing automation builds.

Their earlier experience includes working at i2c Inc. from 2011 to 2014 as a Configurations Management Engineer. Here, Salman was involved in tasks such as load balancing, installation and administration of OpenERP, release management, Wordpress, and issue tracking and troubleshooting for applications across distributed data centers.

Salman Maqsood obtained their Intermediate degree in ICS from LaSalle Higher Secondary School, Multan, from 1990 to 2002. Salman then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab between the years 2002 and 2007.
