Matthew Daniels

Matthew Daniels is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Solomon Builders since March 2020, Daniels also co-founded and serves as a Senior Consultant at Transforming Culture, where a passionate team aims to empower leaders and organizations. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Courageous Leadership, where focus was placed on external perspectives for team enhancement, and as Uruguay Strategic Developer at Communitas International, responsible for initiating key projects. Additionally, Daniels held leadership positions at EcoRise Construcciones, directing green building strategies, and founded Serve the City in Uruguay, a non-profit volunteer organization. Academically, Daniels holds a B.A. in Anthropology and History from The University of Memphis and a Master of Divinity in Leadership from Columbia International University.
