Garet Stefanowski

Garet Stefanowski is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in managing diverse architectural projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Currently serving as a Senior Architect, Associate, and Project Manager at Solomon Cordwell Buenz since June 2022, Garet oversees the construction of residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects. Previous roles include managing large-scale government and Veterans Administration projects at Bancroft Architects + Engineers, and leading project teams for office building re-designs at Wright Heerema Architects. Garet has held various positions throughout a career beginning in 1989, including Principal at Urban City Architects and Senior Project Architect at Pappageorge Haymes Partners. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor's in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Illinois at Chicago, respectively, along with various software and management certifications.
