Christian Siota has extensive experience in the fields of geology, exploration, and health, safety, and environment (HSSE) management. Currently serving as HSSE Manager at Solomon Islands Electricity Authority since January 2020, Christian previously held positions including Sustainability Superintendent and Safety Superintendent at Guadalcanal Plains Palm Oil Limited. With a career that began in 2006 as an Exploration Geologist at Gold Ridge Mining Ltd, Christian has worked in various roles focused on exploration and geology across multiple organizations, including Tufru Road Contractors, Cockatoo Coal Ltd, and Australia Resource Management PTY LTD. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Papua New Guinea, earned between 1998 and 2001.
