Droumand Rupert

Droumand Rupert is an experienced professional in corporate services and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Services at the Solomon Islands Electricity Authority since July 2017. Previously held roles include Manager of Human Resources and Learning, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on strategic people and culture activities. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Administration Officer at the Public Service Commission, Assistant Secretary at the Solomon Islands Public Service Commission, and Principal Labour Officer at the Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour & Immigration. Droumand also has a background in education, having worked as a Science Teacher and part-time Chemistry Tutor. Droumand holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the South Pacific.
