William Morgan has worked in the IT field since 2008. In 2008, they worked as an Area Manager for Future World Inc, where they were responsible for the production of two locations, managed a staff of seven or more employees, ensured excellent customer service and sales of Cricket cell phones and accessories, and performed computer and network repairs when necessary. In 2009, they worked as a Retail Sales Rep for Cricket Communications, where their duties included sales of Cricket phones, accessories and services to customers, performing insurance and warranty inspections and processing claims, and troubleshooting phones with problems. In 2010, they were a System Administrator for SAIC, where their duties included administrative access to resources for users for the Toyota helpdesk, using Active Directory, RightFax, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange, Peoplesoft HR and Finance, and Mainframe. In 2015, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician for Integracon Technologies, LLC, where their duties included troubleshooting computer and network issues, taking helpdesk calls and resolving issues, and setting up workstations and setting up on domains. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have worked at Solomon IT, LLC. as a Director of IT Management / Tier 2 Engineer and Help Desk Manager.

William Morgan attended Lenoir City High School from 1991 to 1995, graduating with a High School Diploma. William then continued their education at Pellissippi State Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science / Networking and Communication Systems.
