Andrew O'Brien

Andrew O'Brien is an emerging finance professional currently serving as an Incoming 2024 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Solomon Partners. As the Founder and CEO of Hats Off to Veterans, Andrew created a headwear apparel company dedicated to supporting the Wounded Warrior Project, demonstrating strong leadership and community engagement. Previous experience includes a Corporate Strategy Internship at Soul Machines, where Andrew contributed to research on M&A targets and market trends in the SaaS sector, as well as a Sales Associate role at Ralph Lauren focused on enhancing customer experience. Andrew is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, expected to graduate in 2025.
