David Buza has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Solomon Partners since October 2022. Additionally, they are a Member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University Pratt School of Engineering since November 2022.
Prior to their current roles, David worked at EHE Health as the Chief Technology Officer from 2019 to 2022. During their tenure, they led technology transformation, moving the platform to the cloud and expanding the company's product offerings. David developed two new technology products that generated over $12 million in SaaS revenue in the first year.
Before that, David served as the Managing Director, Strategy and Transformation at MUFG from 2016 to 2019. David developed and implemented a strategic change roadmap to drive cost savings, strategic alignment, and accelerate delivery cycles. David presented to the Board and Executive Committee on strategy, technology investments, and transformation progress.
Prior to MUFG, David worked at UBS Investment Bank for over a decade, where they held the role of Global Head of Technology and Programs. David led the redesign of business processes and technology supporting the investment banking business.
Earlier in their career, David was the Director, Financial Services Practice at Princeton Consultants, where they managed critical initiatives for Fortune 100 clients, delivering process improvements, expense reductions, and revenue growth.
David started their professional journey as a Senior Multi-Disciplinary Engineer at MITRE, where they audited flight operations and provided design and operational analysis to clients in various locations.

David Buza obtained their Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Duke University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Virginia, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering between the years 1995 and 1997.
