Tim Shea

Tim Shea has extensive experience in the investment banking industry. Tim currently holds the role of Managing Director and Head of Business Services Investment Banking at Solomon Partners since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Truist Securities from November 2020 to September 2021 and at Piper Jaffray from March 2017 to June 2020. Tim also served as the Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Strategic Development at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence from November 2016 to January 2017. Before that, they held various positions at Baird, starting as an Investment Banking Associate from July 2011 to December 2012, then as Vice President in Investment Banking from January 2013 to January 2016, and finally as a Director in Investment Banking from January to September 2016. Tim started their career as an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP from September 2007 to June 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer in Accounting at Marquette University from January to May 2009.

Tim Shea attended the University of Wisconsin Law School from 2004 to 2007 where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended the Wisconsin School of Business, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
