Michael Chan

Michael Chan is an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in project management and design within the semiconductor industry. Currently employed at Solomon Systech Limited since September 2015, Michael oversees mobile display driver design projects. Prior roles include Design Manager at Spansion, where project management continued for Flash IP design post-acquisition by Cypress Semiconductor, and at Cypress Semiconductor, focusing on Flash IP design in microcontrollers with responsibilities in schedule control and global design resource management. Michael's career began at Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited, where as Senior Manager, responsibilities included standalone memory IC design and project management for various Flash IP designs. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, earned between 1996 and 1999.
