Rodrigo Moreira

Rodrigo Moreira is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate and business law, real estate and construction law, and intellectual property matters. Currently employed at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP since 2013, Rodrigo advises clients on corporate structuring, finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as licensing and real estate transactions. Prior to this, Rodrigo worked at Marks, Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included advising clients on various corporate and transactional issues and representing them in disputes. Rodrigo holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where participation in Law Review was notable, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
