Tim Dethorne

Tim DeThorne currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at SolomonEdwards since December 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Adecco, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Permanent Recruitment Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing national operations, training and development, marketing, and compliance for the Permanent Recruitment team. Tim has a diverse background in the staffing and recruitment industry, having worked in leadership positions at Apex Systems and Lab Support, focusing on quality staffing solutions for scientific clients. Earlier experience includes roles at Critical Connection, SOS International, and Quest Diagnostics, contributing to recruitment and medical technology functions. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany Massry School of Business and a BS in Biology from the University at Albany.
