Bai Gan

Bai Gan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy, operations, and international relations. Currently serving as an Advisor in Product Strategy & Operations at XP Health and as an Advisor & Board Member at Solos Technology Limited, Bai previously held significant roles at Zenni Optical, including Chief Product & Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer, where responsibilities encompassed leading product and merchandising operations. Academic experience includes serving as Director for International Relations at UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy, consultant at Shantou University, and Program Manager at the Li Ka Shing Foundation. Bai holds an M.P.P in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed doctoral studies in Management Information Systems at HKUST Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tsinghua University.
