Luc Richard

Luc Richard, FCPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Luc currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Media and Entertainment Technology Division at Solotech Inc. Since July 2022, they have also been working as an Executive, Speaker, and Strategic Advisor for COHERENCE MANAGEMENT, providing strategic consulting services and support to organizations.

Prior to their current roles, Luc Richard held various leadership positions at Réseau de transport de la Capitale, including Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer from June 2020 to June 2022. Luc also served as the Director of Service Planning from May 2018 to June 2020, and as the Director of Administrative Services from August 2014 to May 2018.

Before their tenure at Réseau de transport de la Capitale, Luc Richard was the General Manager at GM Développement Inc. from November 2013 to August 2014, and a Director at SSQ Groupe financier | Financial Group from March 2013 to November 2013.

Luc Richard's extensive career also includes leadership roles at Ubisoft, where they served as the COO of the Quebec Studio and Manager of the Social & Casual Game Division from April 2005 to April 2012. Additionally, they volunteered as the President of the Quebec Chapter at Ordre des CMA from 2005 to 2009.

Luc Richard's earlier work experience includes serving as the Director of Finance, Administration, HR, and Technology at Quebec Airport Authority from June 2004 to February 2005. Luc began their professional journey as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they held various positions, including G8 and Director General Strategic Planning and Finance, from July 1984 to August 2004.

Luc Richard, FCPA has a diverse education history. Luc completed their B. Comm degree in Finance and Accounting from Carleton University between 1985 and 1988. Prior to that, they attended Externat St-Jean-Eudes from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained their DES degree in general studies. In 1991, Luc Richard completed a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) program at Université Laval. Additionally, in 1998 and 1999, they pursued an MBA at HEC Montréal, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.
