Andrea Rohleder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and event management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Solotel since March 2018, Andrea has also held roles including Customer Service Team Lead, Event Planner, and Event Coordinator. Prior to Solotel, Andrea worked as a Senior Account Executive at The Shed Agency and held positions at Public House Management Group and Saxons Group, focusing on event operations and sales coordination. With a background in hospitality management, including a Bar Manager role at The Stoned Crow and previous experience at The Greengate Hotel, Andrea possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management in Events & Leisure from the University of Technology Sydney and an Advanced Diploma in Media & Communications from North Sydney Tafe.

Our family has been in pubs since 1910. In 1930, we bought the pub in Darlinghurst and we continue to evolve with our communities.
