Sylwia Koza

Sylwia Koza has an extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Sylwia started their career in 1998 at Action S.A., where they served as the Head of Marketing Department and later as an International Purchasing & Marketing Representative. Sylwia then worked at ARCUS S.A. as a Marketing Manager before joining Europapier-Impap Sp. z o.o. as a Marketing Manager. Sylwia went on to work at Prestigio Cyprus as the Western Europe Marketing & PR Manager and then at Archos as the Eastern Europe Marketing Director. In 2020, they held the position of Regional Marketing Director at both AISWEI New Energy Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Solplanet. Throughout their career, Sylwia has gained experience in various sectors including technology, energy, and consumer electronics.

Sylwia Koza completed a postgraduate program in Project Management at Warsaw University of Technology in 2013-2014. Before that, they undertook a postgraduate program in Business Psychology for Managers at Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw from 2007 to 2008. Sylwia earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in the Department of Foreign Trade and World Economy, majoring in marketing, from Łazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw from 2002 to 2004. Sylwia Koza began their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in the Department of International Business Economics, majoring in marketing, from Economic & IT School in Warsaw from 1998 to 2001.
