Erica (Laceria) Firmin has a diverse work experience across various industries. Erica began their career as a Merchandiser and Sales Associate at DSW in 2008 and later worked as a Sales Associate and Stylist at Cache in 2009. In 2011, they joined Venue Magazine as an Executive Assistant and Public Relations Representative. Erica then moved on to work as a Marketing Coordinator at Solstice Benefits, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Erica also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Sensation Enterprises Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Erica's roles in the marketing field include being a Senior Marketing Specialist at Solstice Benefits, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 and a Senior Marketing Manager at Kellstrom Aerospace from 2018 to 2019, where they led the marketing department and developed strategies in various areas like branding, events, lead generation, and social media. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Solstice Benefits, Inc. since August 2019. Erica also gained experience in account management and executive roles during their time at ShopErica'sMedia, where they worked as an Account Manager and later as an Account Executive from 2017 to 2018.

Erica obtained this degree from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Management from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in January 2017.
