Nieves Rodriguez has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in claims management and quality assurance. Since June 2011, Nieves has held multiple roles at Solstice Benefits, Inc., including UM and Appeals Manager, Quality Assurance Team Lead, Quality Claims Reviewer/Auditor, and Claims Reviewer. Prior to this, Nieves served as Practice Manager at Aurel Chebanu, DMD, from January 2006 to May 2009. Educationally, Nieves earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry between 1988 and 1992, and completed a Certified Medical Business Manager program at Florida Atlantic University from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Health Care Administration and Management.
