Rob Allen

Rob Allen, the Regional Vice President of Operations at Integral Senior Living, has a wealth of experience in senior living management. Prior to their current position, Rob held executive roles at Oakmont Senior Living, Emeritus, and Kisco Senior Living. Their career also includes a significant tenure at Valley Christian High School in various leadership, teaching, and coaching positions. Allen earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Jose State University.
