Rachid Jabbar

Rachid Jabbar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachid is currently the COO & Co-founder of CarbonClear, a company that has developed a data-driven model for carbon credit issuance. Prior to this, they were a co-founder and head of IoT at CarbonClear.

Before joining CarbonClear, Rachid worked as a consultant and owner at goSolar.dk, and also served as an advisor at BLOC (Blockchain Labs for Open Collaboration). Rachid gained experience as a Technical Project Manager at SustainSolutions, and was responsible for sales in the public sector at Gaia Solar A/S. Rachid also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Digital Innovation at IT University of Copenhagen.

In addition, they have experience as a Freelance Constructing Architect and served as a Site Manager intern at Nordicom A/S. Earlier in their career, Rachid worked as a Supervisor at Kastrup's Select Service Partner.

Rachid Jabbar holds a High School degree from Nørre G. Rachid then attended Copenhagen Technical Academy from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Constructing Architecture. In 2007, Rachid spent a semester at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki as part of an exchange program, focusing on architecture. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Rachid attended IT-Universitetet i København, where they earned a Master of Science degree (Cand.it.) in Human Computer Interaction.
