Claudia Larripa

Claudia Larripa has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Claudia currently holds the position of People and Organization Director, North America at Soltec. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director for Europe and America at ZAFCO.

Their most recent long-term role was as the People and Development Director, Americas' Region (Head of HR) at RUBI Group from October 2021 to June 2023. Earlier in their career, Claudia held the position of Corporate HR Manager at NewsLink Group, where they researched and audited processes and systems to improve strategies and centralize HR functions. Claudia also served as an HR Generalist for "The Americas" at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), managing human capital operations for several countries.
