Gladimar Aranha Rodrigues has extensive experience in the renewable energy and hydroelectric sectors, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving at Soltec Trackers since November 2017 in a renewable energy role, previous positions include Supervisor de Materiais at Grupo Proyfe and Técnico de Montagem at GHENOVA, where involvement in notable projects such as the Parque de Fotovoltaico Nova Olinda and the Complexo Hidrelétrico Apiacás occurred.
