Francisco Zafra

Francisco Zafra is an experienced professional in the field of technology and project management, currently serving as a Product Owner at SOLTEL Group since January 2023, providing services to the Consejería de Fomento, Articulación del Territorio y Vivienda. Prior to this role, Francisco worked at Magtel from January 2020 to December 2022 as a Client and Services Manager for the Corporate Network of the Junta de Andalucía, and co-founded MARLO Technologies, where responsibilities included business development, project management, and mobile app development from 2015 to 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as an IT Engineer at GHENOVA, Implementation Engineer at Atos, and Analyst/Programmer at GESI.
