María Angeles Bueno Alemán

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business administration and nutrition. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
