Kenneth Grossfield

Kenneth Grossfield currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Soltis Investment Advisors, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Kenneth held the role of General Counsel and Head of Enterprise Risk at Strategic Investment Group from February 1998 to June 2025, where responsibilities included managing legal, compliance, and enterprise risk functions for a $30 billion outsourced chief investment office, structuring various fund complexes, and conducting legal due diligence for diverse investment types. Kenneth has also worked as an Associate at A&O Shearman from September 1995 to February 1998. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
