Alexandro Gatti is the Chief Operating Officer at SoluCX, where they currently oversee software solutions for experience management. They have significant experience in operations management within the auto parts and white goods sectors, with a focus on product engineering and process improvement. Alexandro previously held leadership roles at Eletroglass as a Plant Manager and at Pilkington do Brasil Ltda as a Product Development and Quality Manager, where they implemented quality standards and Lean Manufacturing tools. They have also owned a consulting business and served as Technical Director at AGP Group, promoting department restructuring and ISO certifications. Alexandro holds an ongoing degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Nove de Julho and an MBA in Business Administration from FIA - USP.
