Paul Neumann

Paul Neumann serves as the Maintenance and Reliability Director at Solugen since November 2022, following a role as Global Maintenance Excellence Director at Nouryon from January 2020 to July 2022. Previously, Paul held various positions at Stepan Company from March 2012 to January 2020, including Global Maintenance and Reliability Manager and Maintenance and Reliability Superintendent, overseeing maintenance strategies and employee management across multiple plants. Earlier experience includes roles at LyondellBasell between December 2003 and March 2012, where Paul advanced from Maintenance Engineer to Inspection and Condition Monitoring Supervisor, focusing on compliance and equipment reliability in chemical manufacturing environments. Paul began a career in engineering with internships at Hendrickson International and LyondellBasell. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
