Emilio Gadea

Emilio Gadea has held various legal and corporate governance roles throughout their career, most recently serving as the Director de Asuntos Corporativos y Secretario del Consejo at Solunion since 2017. Previously, Emilio occupied the position of Director Jurídico Corporativo at Solunion from 2013 to 2017, and worked as a Subdirector de Asesoría Jurídica at MAPFRE from 2006 to 2009. Emilio's legal expertise began as an attorney at Bufete Montejano from 1994 to 1995 and included roles at MAPFRE Caución y Crédito, where they served as Asesor jurídico and later as Responsable Jurídico. They earned a Máster en Asesoría Fiscal from IE Business School and hold two law degrees from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
