Naiara Garaeta Garcia

Naiara Garaeta Garcia has extensive experience in debt recovery and financial management, currently serving as the Responsable Departamento Emisión España and Global Head of Implementation at Solunion-Allianz Trade for Multinationals since March 2016. Naiara has held various roles at Solunion, including Program Implementation & Policy Administration and Export Collections Team Leader, overseeing negotiation and compliance with KPIs while managing communication across international business units. Prior to Solunion, Naiara worked as an independent legal practitioner focusing on debt claims and negotiation strategies, and within the insurance sector at Correduría Ruiz M. Naiara also has significant management experience from a previous role as Dirección y Gerencia at Castellana 179, S.A., where cost reduction and company restructuring were key responsibilities. Naiara holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Villanueva and a diploma in Criminology.
