Shikha Singh

Shikha Singh has worked as a Senior Salesforce QA at Solunus, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Salesforce QA at North Shore Technologies from June 2019 to November 2020. From May 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at CEBS Worldwide. Shikha also has experience as a Software Engineer at Infotachus Pvt. Ltd. from January 2017 to May 2018.

Shikha Singh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Rani Laxmi Bai Memorial School (R.L.B.) from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at a high school and intermediate level.

In addition to their formal education, Shikha has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and in December 2022, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce. Shikha also completed the Sales Cloud Consultant Course from Mike Wheeler Media in November 2022. Furthermore, Shikha is a certified Scrum Master (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance, a certification they earned in December 2022. Lastly, in May 2016, they achieved the AMCAT Certified Business Analyst certification from Aspiring Minds.
