Kusmayanto Kadiman

Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia. He serves as the President Commissioner (Independent Commissioner) of the Company since 2021. He currently holds several positions, namely Deputy President Commissioner at PT Adaro Power since 2010; as President Commissioner of PT BFI Finance Tbk since 2011; as President Commissioner at PT Setiabudi Investment Management since 2016; as Commissioner at PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia since 2017; as Independent Commissioner at PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk since 2019; and as the International Advisory Board at Komatsu Ltd since 2019.

In the course of his career, he served as Lecturer from 1977 to 2008 and Rector from 2001 to 2004 at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Mr. Kusmayanto Kadiman was later appointed and served as Minister of State for Research and Technology of Indonesia from 2004 to 2009.

In addition, he served as Independent Commissioner at PT Martina Berto Tbk from 2012 to 2014; as Commissioner at PT Tamaris Hydro Lestari from 2012 to 2012 and as Commissioner at PT Iforte Solusi Infotek from 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Kusmayanto Kadiman obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics in 1977 from Institut Teknologi Bandung and obtained his Doctor – System Engineering degree at the Australian National University in 1988.
