Alarie Maras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recreational therapy. Currently serving as a Consultant Manager at Solution Design Group since August 2021, Alarie previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Asmodee USA Distribution, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration with management. Prior to that, Alarie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres, focusing on employee recruitment, benefits administration, and conflict resolution. Alarie also has experience as a Recreational and Volunteer Service Manager, facilitating activities for clients, and as a Recreational Therapist at Thomas B. Finan Center, contributing to patient planning and wellness education. Alarie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Winona State University.
