Karen Moreland

Karen Moreland is an experienced project manager with a career spanning several organizations and roles. At Solution Design Group since November 2014, Karen serves as a Project Manager and agile scrum master, overseeing both technical and operational projects to meet corporate priorities. Prior to this, Karen held positions at NMDP as a Lead Scrum Master and at DeCare, LLC from 2006 to November 2014 as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing software development efforts for major dental insurance accounts. Earlier experience includes roles at DeCare Dental, LLC/Wellpoint, Inc. and Starkey Laboratories, where Karen managed a variety of projects and functioned as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. Education includes attendance at Rosemount High School from 1973 to 1975.
