Nick Hammer

Nick Hammer is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Solution Design Group since November 2021, specializing in testing solutions using technologies such as Azure DevOps, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and Playwright. As the owner of Hammer Software Consulting since January 2018, Nick focuses on Quality Engineering and CI/CD solutions for local clients. Previous roles include Automation Engineer at Voice and Legrand AV, where Nick implemented API strategies and automated tests, respectively. Notable experience also includes leadership positions as Quality Engineering Lead at BI WORLDWIDE and brightpeak financial, where responsibilities included mentorship and fostering Quality Engineering practices. Nick’s technical expertise spans multiple programming languages and tools, contributing to a robust career that began at Thomson Reuters as a Software Engineer. Nick holds a BS in Computer Science from Metro State University and further education from the University of Minnesota.
