Matt Smith, CSM, PMP, SP

Matt Smith has a diverse work experience in project management and IT management. Matt started their career in 1999 as an MIS Director at I.K. Enterprises, Inc., where they provided tech support for United Colors of Benetton and Sisley stores on the East Coast. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at Mapping Resource Group, Inc. as a Branch Manager and Project Manager, overseeing IT management, business development, and project/product management. Since 2015, they have been working at Solution Street LLC as a Sr. Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst/QA Engineer.

Matt Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Before that, they attended South Lakes High School from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic background, they also hold professional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
