James R. Cole, BSCS, MSDA, currently serves as an Epic Bridges Analyst at SolutionHealth since July 2019, focusing on the development and maintenance of interfaces to and from Epic. Previous experience includes the role of Radiology Informatics Manager at Elliot Hospital from July 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing PACS and liaising between Radiology and IT. James also worked as a RIS/PACS Analyst at LRGHealthcare for nearly nine years, playing a key role in the implementation of Radiology Information Systems. Earlier in the career, positions as a Network Operations Center Engineer at NEXL and IT/Database Engineer at AMS Services involved improving operational documentation and implementing software procedures, while initial experience as an Applications Engineer and Network/Systems Administrator at HTI Voice Solutions encompassed project management and technical troubleshooting. James holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz.
