Karen Vaughan

Karen Vaughan, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing full project life cycles across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Manager for SolutionHealth and Project Manager II for NH Healthy Families, Karen oversees project execution, deployment, and budget management, notably leading the Creating Connections statewide symposium. Previous roles include Project Manager at Granite Pathways, where Karen was responsible for state-sponsored program development, and Project Manager Instructional Designer at MA DOC Training Academy, where curriculum design for adult learners was a key focus.
