Scott Santoro

Scott Santoro has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Scott currently works as the System Director of Talent Acquisition at SolutionHealth, a regional healthcare organization. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Talent Strategy at PredictiveHR, where they provided consulting expertise on talent processes and system enhancements. Scott also held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Monster, where they implemented a strategic global recruiting function. Scott has also worked as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Biogen Idec, where they built talent strategy and centralized internal staffing functions. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global Resource Management at NTT DATA Services and working in the human resources department at GE.
