Ahmad Alomar

Ahmad Alomar has experience working in various roles within the field of people services and management. Ahmad started their career as a Trainee at Saudi Hollandi Bank in 2009. From there, they moved on to Solutions by STC, where they held positions such as Talent Management Analyst, Performance Management & Rewards Specialist, Chief Specialist in Performance Management and Rewards, Manager of People Strategy & Experience, and currently serves as the Director of People Services. Ahmad'swork experience exemplifies their expertise in talent management, performance management, rewards, and overall people strategy.

Ahmad Alomar completed an Associate’s Degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2015. From 2007 to 2012, they studied Business Management and obtained a Bachelor's degree from Solent University. In addition to their formal education, Ahmad has obtained certifications in various areas, including Strategic Leaders Program and Compensation & Reward Management.
