Ahmed abu Khamiss

Ahmed Abu Khamiss has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Ahmed began their career as a Trainee at Saudi Telecom Company in 2006. Ahmed then worked as an HR Administrator at Information Management Technologies Company Ltd. (IMT) from 2007 to 2009. Ahmed continued their HR career at Al Suwaidi Holding Company, first as a Human Resources Officer from 2009 to 2010 and then as a Human Resources Executive from 2010 to 2011. From 2013 to 2015, Ahmed served as a Career Development Analyst at Saudi Electricity Company. In 2015, they joined Chemanol as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In 2018, Ahmed worked as an Organizational Design Specialist at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company before joining Solutions by STC. At Solutions by STC, Ahmed served in various roles, including Succession Planning & Career Development Manager from 2018 to 2019, Talent Development Director from 2019 to 2021, People Management Director from 2021 to 2022, and currently holds the position of People Center of Excellence Director.

Ahmed Abu Khamiss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM, which they completed from 2001 to 2007. Ahmed also holds multiple additional certifications, including an Advanced Organization Design Program from Hult EF Corporate Education, Data Science & Machine Learning: Making Data Driven Decisions from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an Accelerated Management Program from Yale School of Management, Competency Management from HRSG, an Executive Certificate Program in Leadership from Jack Welch Management Institute, and a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) from the American Certification Institute - ACI - USA (Middle East), which they obtained in April 2018.
