Charmaine Joy de Leon

Charmaine Joy De Leon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and business analysis. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst 3 and previously holding positions as a Business Analyst 2 and Business Analyst at Solutions Exchange, Inc. since March 2021, Charmaine has developed a robust skill set in these roles. Prior to this, Charmaine worked as an IT Business Analyst Level 2 at Equitable Computer Services from September 2015 to March 2021, and gained initial industry experience as an intern at Fasttrack Solutions Inc. from September 2014 to March 2015. Academically, Charmaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Application from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, and completed a Science degree at Fame Academy of Science and Technology.
