Xavier Pey has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industry. Xavier started their career in 1990 as a Technical Systems Trainer at NCR España, providing training on technical systems. After that, they joined Microsoft in 1992 and held multiple roles including Academic Programs Manager, where they built the Academic Computer Science Program and managed software programs.
In 2006, Xavier became the Sales and Marketing Director at Appeyron Research, responsible for selling traceability solutions and driving new sales. Xavier then moved on to Bitmakers in 2007, where they served as the Sales and Marketing Director of the Logistic Division, consolidating and growing the sales of business solutions in the logistic Spanish market.
From 2009 to 2011, Xavier worked at Raona as the Projects Director, leading successful engagements with large accounts and implementing professional service solutions. Xavier gained experience in project management and agile methodologies for software development.
In 2011, Xavier joined EMC Corporation as an Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts. Xavier then transitioned to Avanade in 2014 as a Business Development Executive, driving business development activities.
From 2016 to 2019, Xavier worked at Prodware as an Account Manager Retail and Customer Centric Processes, generating business and implementing business solutions in Spain.
Most recently, Xavier joined S4G Consulting in 2019 as a Senior Account Executive.
Xavier Pey completed their education history with three notable experiences. In 1985, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya for an unspecified degree and field of study. After a significant gap, in 2005, they enrolled in the EADA Business School and pursued a Licenciatura in Executive MBA, which they successfully completed in 2007. In 2008, Xavier Pey engaged in a short-term program called Coaching Directivo en CA Consultors Associats, focusing on coaching directivo.
