Traci Easton

Traci Easton has held various roles in the marketing and customer service industries since 2000. In 2000, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Fiberpipe Internet Service Provider. In 2002, they were the Customer Service Manager for i-MediaWorld.com, Inc., where they managed a website that allowed users to create presentations utilizing Flash templates online. In 2003, they began their work at Solutions II, first as a Marketing Coordinator, then as a Marketing Manager, and then as the Director of Marketing. In their current role as Senior Director of Marketing, they are responsible for establishing a digital presence for Solutions-II, creating content marketing, building an audience, and sharing their expertise and organizational culture with prospects and clients.

Traci Easton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming in 2001. Traci then went on to receive their Master's degree in E-Business from the same university in 2002. In February 2020, they obtained an Adaptable Data Center Associate certification from Solutions II.
