Sebastien Forget

Sebastien Forget is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as the President Owner of Solutions Metrix since June 2007, Sebastien focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of customer experience digital transformation, CRM needs assessment, product selection, and strategic CRM roadmap development. Previously, Sebastien held leadership roles as General Manager at Agences-AHC, Chief Information Officer at eFundraising, and IT Director at Reader's Digest. Earlier experience includes working as an Internet Consultant at iZone Solutions. Sebastien holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained in January 2000.
