Andrea Maselli

Andrea Maselli has a diverse background in IT consulting and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Consultant at SPS - Soluzioni Prodotti Sistemi srl since July 2020, Andrea specializes in managing business process outsourcing (BPO) for information system complaints, focusing on analysis, incident management, trouble ticket management, monitoring, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Previously, Andrea worked at Comdata Group from July 2016 to December 2019 in two roles: as a Back Office Employee and as a Telemarketing Consultant for Sky Italia's retention activities. Educationally, Andrea holds a diploma in foreign languages, literatures, and linguistics from Liceo Linguistico "Marco Polo" in Bari, completed in 2015.
