Heather Clayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health services and event management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Solutions4Health since September 2013, Heather oversees the delivery of stop smoking services in Isle of Wight and Hampshire, focusing on project development and community engagement. Previous roles include Project Development Officer for a national digital health platform and a Health Behavioral Change Specialist. Additionally, as a Freelance Events Coordinator since 1998, Heather has successfully planned immersive theatre events for large audiences, demonstrating strong project management and crisis management skills. With a background in administrative support for the NHS and Ofsted, as well as a business owner in behavioral change and trauma recovery hypnotherapy, Heather's diverse skill set is complemented by formal education in clinical hypnosis and counselling.

We provide a one stop solution for commissioners accountable for outcome focused integrated public health services through the successful integration of healthcare and technology. Our Integrated services allow for the capture of referrals from all sources; undertakes assessment and uses motivational interviewing techniques; and is able to produce bespoke performance analysis. Our team are delighted to be offering Covid-19 vaccinations to the Slough community, in partnership with Frimley CCG and the East Berkshire out of hours service. Additionally, we provide Rapid Covid-19 community testing across the country to those who may not currently have Covid-19 symptoms. A rapid test (also called a Lateral Flow Test or LFT) detects the presence of Covid-19 by checking a self administered swap from the back of the throat and nose. As many as one in three people who have coronavirus have no symptoms and may be spreading it without realising. Experts in our field our Wellness Coaches engage and target delivery to the hard to reach members of society through outreach work for routine and manual workers: BME; pregnant women; mental health service users and young people as well as providing accessible services in deprived wards. Our public health services include: ADHD and Autism services, sexual health provision, school nursing, health visitors, weight management; stop smoking services (NCSCT approved Provider); falls prevention; NHS health checks outreach and follow up (shortlisted for LGA Award); chronic disease self management including pre-diabetes. Established in 2008 we now employ over 400 people across the country with our head office stationed in Berkshire, UK. Embracing diversity and reflecting the communities we work in, we speak over 15 languages.
