Fayez Fares

Fayez Fares is an experienced APM Technical Lead at SolutionsPT since July 2019, responsible for developing and maintaining SLA documentation, providing technical presales support, training sales and marketing teams, and showcasing key product features at webinars. Prior to this role, Fayez served as a Product Owner and Solutions Designer at SSG Insight from October 2008 to July 2019, where responsibilities included defining features and technical user stories, managing the EAM Mobile application development, aligning product vision, and advocating for customer needs. Earlier roles include Senior Implementation Consultant at Precast FZCO and CMMS Implementation Consultant at Hanadisa Technologies, along with experience as a Production Engineer at The Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. Fayez holds a Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.
